摘 要:为解决装配式混凝土叠合板预制底板有外伸钢筋带来的制造、运输及施工复杂等问题,在普通密拼叠合板的研究基础上提出了板底拼缝粘贴碳纤维增强复材条带的密拼接缝方式。通过6块四边简支的矩形单缝密拼双向叠合楼板静载对比试验和有限元模拟分析,对叠合板拼缝处的传力机制进行了分析研究,结果表明:与普通密拼叠合板相比,在拼缝位置粘贴碳纤维复材可协助拼缝两侧混凝土有效传递应力。碳纤维增强复材-混凝土密拼叠合楼板拼缝处传力机制随荷载的增加而发生变化,持载初期主要通过碳纤维复材对拼缝两侧混凝土进行应力传递;随着荷载增加,叠合面的附加钢筋向两侧传荷的能力增强,但碳纤维复材仍承担主要拉应力;加载后期碳纤维复材发生剥离后,拼缝处附加钢筋和桁架钢筋、底部纵筋构成了新的空间传力体系。In order to solve the problems of protruding steel bars in the prefabricated bottom slab of prefabricated concrete composite slabs and complex on-site construction,a method of pasting CFRP strips across the bottom joint of the slab based on the research of ordinary closely assembled composite slabs is proposed in this study.By conducting static load comparative tests and finite element simulation analysis on 6 rectangular single seam tightly jointed bidirectional composite slabs with simple supports on all four sides,the load transmission mechanism at the joint of the composite slab was studied.The results show that compared with ordinary composite slabs connected without gap,pasting CFRP at the joint position can effectively help the concrete at the joint transfer stress to both sides;The force transfer mechanism at the joint of CFRP-concrete two-way composite slabs varies with the increase of load.In the initial stage of load holding,the joint is mainly composed of CFRP at the bottom that transmit force to the concrete on both sides.As the load increases,the additional steel bars enhance their ability to transmit load to both sides,but the CFRP still bear the main tensile stress.In the later stage of loading,after the CFRP off,additional steel bars and truss steel bars,bottom longitudinal bars,form a new force transmission system at the joint.
