摘 要:空心板梁作为常见桥梁之一,在顶升施工过程受到顶升差异影响,导致铰缝受力差异明显,也会影响到后期桥梁使用性能。借助一座实桥的顶升施工开展试验测试。通过设置不同顶升偏差,研究顶升施工对铰缝受力性能影响。详细介绍了顶升方案、试验方案,结合梁体转角、纵向和横向位移,以及铰缝应变,分析了顶升过程中结构变形情况、铰缝的受力性能。对于相同尺寸的空心板梁桥,同步顶升误差在±2 mm时,可以保证铰缝受力安全。成果可为桥梁顶升施工质量控制和铰缝的设计提供依据。As one of the common bridges,the hollow plate girder is always affected by jacking difference in the jacking construction process,which leads to obvious stress difference of hinge joints,and also affects the service performance of the bridge after construction.This article conducts experimental testing by using a real bridge jacking construction to study the impact of jacking construction deviation on the force performance of the hinge.The jacking scheme and test scheme were introduced in detail,and analyzes the deformation of the structure and the mechanical performance of the joint in the jacking process with the angle of the beam body,the longitudinal and transverse displacement,and the joint strain.The results show that for the hollow slab girder bridge of the same size,when the synchronous jacking error is±2 mm,the force safety of hinge joints can be ensured,which provides important basis for the quality control of bridge jacking construction and the design of hinge joints.
