摘 要:臭壳虫为药食同用的传统虫类药,具有败火解毒、软坚散结、消肿止痛、息风定惊等功效,因其在抗肿瘤方面展现出良好的药理作用而备受关注。近年来,国内外学者对臭壳虫各方面的研究逐渐扩大和更新,结果显示臭壳虫还具有抗菌、抗炎、抗氧化、调节免疫、保肝、镇痛、抑制瘢痕增生、改善贫血等药理作用,具有广泛的应用前景。本研究通过对臭壳虫的化学成分和药理作用进行系统总结,以中药质量标志物(Q-Marker)为指导,从化学成分的特有性、有效性、可测性及临床药效研究等方面对臭壳虫的质量标志物进行预测分析,建议将原儿茶酸、羟基酪醇、Rynchopeterine A~I、Blapsins A和Blapsins B等特征性酚类成分以及十三烷、3-甲基丁酸等成分作为臭壳虫质量标志物的备选物质,为臭壳虫质量评价体系的建立提供依据,以期为臭壳虫药材的进一步深入研究及合理利用提供参考。Blaps rynchopetera Fairmaire is a traditional insect drug with both medicinal and edible values,with the effects of Baihuojiedu(败火解毒),Ruanjiansanjie(软坚散结),Xiaozhongzhitong(消肿止痛),and Xifengdingjing(息风定惊).It has attracted much attention because of the anti-tumor activity.In recent years,scholars have gradually expanded and updated their research on B.rynchopetera in multiple aspects.The results have shown that B.rynchopetera has antimicrobial,anti-inflammatory,antioxidant,immunomodulatory,liver-protecting,painrelieving,scar hyperplasia-inhibiting,and anemia-alleviating activities,demonstrating a wide application prospect.This study systematically summarized the chemical components and pharmacological effects of B.rynchopetera,and then predicted the quality markers(Q-markers)of B.rynchopetera from the aspects of specificity,effectiveness,measurability,and clinical efficacy of chemical components.It is suggested that protocatechuic acid,hydroxytyrosol,rynchopeterine A-I,blapsins A and B,tridecane,and 3-methylbutyric acid can be used as the candidate Qmarkers of B.rynchopetera.The summary aims to provide a basis for establishing the quality evaluation system and for the further research and rational utilization of B.rynchopetera.
