摘　　要：为了实现纸卷的恒定线速度放卷,论文对其纸卷直径与纸卷总长度之间的关系进行分析推导,并提出一种基于西门子S7-1200系列、G120C变频器应用。通过纸卷直径与纸卷总长度的运算,结合工艺要求对纸卷收放的控制系统,详细阐述了运算原理、设计方案及控制原理。In order to achieve constant linear velocity unwinding of paper rolls,this article analyzes and derives the relationship between the diameter and total length of the paper rolls,and proposes an application based on the Siemens S7-1200 series and G120C frequency converter.Through the calculation of the diameter and total length of the paper rolls,combined with the process requirements for the control system of paper roll rewinding and unwinding,the calculation principle,design scheme and control principle are elaborated.
