摘 要:针对计算软件假设条件与实际结构会有出入的问题,以污水处理厂中常见的圆形污泥浓缩池为研究对象,采用midas Gen中的梁、板单元,对其顶面梁及板、池壁、中心部位局部异形锥壳状底板等关键构件建立1∶1有限元模型,以理正与midas Gen计算结果进行内力对比分析,探讨了这两种方式计算结果的实用性,并对污泥浓缩池的结构设计工作提出优化建议。In response to the issue of discrepancies between the assumed conditions of the calculation software and the actual structure,a common circular sludge concentration tank in sewage treatment plants was taken as the research object.A 1∶1 finite element model was established using beam and plate elements from midas Gen for key components such as the top beam and plate,tank wall,and locally shaped conical shell bottom plate in the center.The internal forces were compared and analyzed between the calculated results of Leading and midas Gen,and the practicality of these two methods for calculation results was discussed.Optimization suggestions were proposed for the structural design of the sludge concentration tank.
