公路隧道CRD法施工诱发地表沉降变形规律研究

摘  要:隧道开挖诱发地表沉降是隧道施工面临的重要问题。以G106鄂州碧石至黄石铁山改建工程(鄂州段)白雉山隧道交叉中隔壁(cross diaphragm,CRD)法施工为对象,通过现场有限元数值模拟和实际监测方法对CRD法施工诱发地表沉降变形规律进行研究。结果表明:公路隧道六步开挖中隧道中轴线正上方地表变形最大,影响地表变形的关键开挖部为右侧台阶开挖。通过模拟计算结果与现场监测数值具有较好的吻合度,说明其结论对类似工程具有良好的借鉴作用。Ground settlement induced by tunnel excavation is an important problem faced by tunnel construction.Taking the construction of Baijiashan Tunnel of G106 Ezhou Bishi to Huangshi Tieshan Reconstruction engineering(Ezhou section)as the object,the law of land subsidence deformation induced by cross diaphragm(CRD)construction was studied through on-site finite element numerical simulation and actual monitoring methods.The results show that the surface deformation above the central axis is the largest in the six-step excavation of highway tunnel,and the key part affecting the surface deformation is the right step excavation.The results of simulation calculation are in good agreement with the field monitoring values,which indicates that the conclusion can be used for reference in similar projects.
