摘 要:以武汉市朱家河大桥维修加固工程为背景,介绍了大跨度预应力混凝土T构桁架梁桥维修加固工程施工监控流程和监控内容。根据T型刚构桥的受力特点和维修加固方案设计了桥梁结构线形监测和应力监测方案。为确保拆除旧挂孔梁和安装新挂孔梁全过程的安全,采用自动采集系统实时监测桥梁控制截面施工全过程的应力变化。建立桥梁施工监控仿真模型,计算分析T构桁架梁控制截面的内力及挠度变形理论值,并与监控实测值进行对比,以确保桥梁维修加固工程的顺利进行和高质量完成。Taking the maintenance and reinforcement engineering of the Zhujiahe Bridge in Wuhan as the background,the construction monitoring process and content of the maintenance and reinforcement project of the large-span prestressed concrete T-frame truss beam bridge were introduced.A linear monitoring and stress monitoring scheme for the bridge structure was designed based on the stress characteristics and maintenance and reinforcement plan of the T-shaped rigid frame bridge.In order to ensure the safety of the entire process of dismantling the old hanging hole beam and installing the new hanging hole beam,an automatic collection system was used to monitor the bridge control section stress changes during the construction of in real time.A construction monitoring model of the bridge was established,and the theoretical values of internal force and deflection deformation of the T-shaped truss beam control sections were calculated and analyzed.The results were compared with the monitoring measured values to ensure the smooth progress and high-quality completion of bridge maintenance and reinforcement engineering.
