摘 要:针对部分农村公路危桥改造工程所面临的问题,例如某些桥梁使用年限过长、施工安全措施费用高以及进场道路通行不便等,通过设计方案比选,提出使用UHPC(Ultra-High Performance Concrete,超高性能混凝土)预制梁来替代混凝土现浇梁板的方案。结合UHPC预制梁的特点和制备技术,总结分析UHPC预制梁在农村桥梁工程中的应用情况,探讨其优劣势,旨在推动提升UHPC材料在桥梁工程领域的应用和价值。In response to the problems faced by some rural road dangerous bridge renovation projects,such as the long service life of some bridges,high construction safety measures costs,and inconvenient access to roads,through design scheme comparison,a scheme of using UHPC prefabricated beams to replace cast-in-place concrete beam slabs is proposed.Combining the characteristics and preparation technology of UHPC prefabricated beams,the application of UHPC prefabricated beams in rural bridge engineering is summarized and analyzed,and their advantages and disadvantages are discussed,aiming to promote the application and value of UHPC materials in the field of bridge engineering.
