摘 要:为探究焊接残余应力对波形钢腹板节段组合梁的影响及分析混凝土顶底板是否开裂,基于FEA(Finite Element Analysis,有限元分析)软件,建立焊接数值分析模型,探讨焊接高温的影响。结果表明:在焊接高温作用下,波腹板会产生横桥向的变形和顺桥向的压缩,波腹板和顶底板中均会存在残余应力;通过在波腹板与顶底板相交处设置半圆形开口,可以避免应力集中导致的波腹板开裂;同时,混凝土顶底板在预应力的作用下不会开裂。To explore the impact of welding residual stress on the corrugated steel web section composite beam and to analyze whether the concrete top and bottom plates crack,a welding numerical analysis model was established based on FEA software to investigate the influence of high welding temperature.The results show that under the effect of high welding temperature,the corrugated steel web will undergo transverse bridge deformation and longitudinal bridge compression,and residual stress will exist in both the corrugated steel web and the concrete top and bottom plates.By setting a semi-circular opening at the intersection of the corrugated steel web and the concrete top and bottom plates,the cracking of the corrugated steel web caused by stress concentration can be avoided.Meanwhile,the concrete top and bottom plates will not crack under the action of prestress.
