摘  要:天麻萌发菌和蜜环菌是在天麻种子萌发和生长时为其提供营养来源的共生菌和伴生菌,两者配比不同直接影响到天麻零代种的产量。本试验通过不同蒴果密度及萌发菌和蜜环菌配比,探究对零代种的产量、零代种分级产量占比的影响,结果表明萌发菌与蜜环菌配比比例为1∶3,且天麻蒴果用量为18~24个/m^(2)时,天麻零代种产量最高。Germinating fungi and Armillaria can provide nutrition sources for Gastrodia elata seed to germi-nation and growth.The different ratio of the two funguses will directly affect the yield of the zero-generation of Gastrodia elata.In this study,different capsule densities and ratios of Germinating fungi and Armillaria were used to explore the effects on the yield of zero-generation and the proportion of zero-generation production.The results showed that when the ratio of Germinating fungi to Armillaria was 1:3 and the dosage of capsule was 18-24/m^(2),the yield of zero-generation Gastrodia elata was the highest.
