摘　　要：为全面了解草原地区旅游气象环境和气候资源状况,基于乌兰察布市草原景区常规气象观测站点资料,在温湿指数、风寒指数、着衣指数基础上构建旅游气候舒适度评价模型,计算逐年各旬旅游气候舒适度指数,划分草原景区旅游气候舒适度等级,分析草原景区旅游气候适宜性分布特征。研究表明,温湿指数、风寒指数5月中下旬至9月中下旬均表现为舒适等级,着衣指数6月-8月表现为舒适等级;乌兰察布市草原景区舒适期主要分布在5月中旬至9月上旬,而辉腾锡勒草原旅游区舒适期仅在6月-8月,舒适期最短;夏季旅游舒适度高,为舒适期,冬季舒适度低,为不舒适期。全年旅游气候舒适度呈现倒“U”型,7月中旬至8月中旬期间北部比南部气候更舒适,更适宜避暑旅游。The aim of this study was to provide a technical assessment of grassland tourism environments,in terms of visitor and tourist comfort,with the ultimate goal of rational development of grassland climate resources.Using the meteorological observations data in Ulanqab City,the degree of tourism climate comfort was measured by considering a number of indices:temperature-humidity,wind-chill,and index of cloth loading,and building a comprehensive climate comfort evaluation model.A ten-day time scale of tourism climate comfort level was constructed,and the level of tourism climate comfort was assessed for each tourism site in the Ulanqab grasslands,using this model.The results show that,based on the temperature-humidity index as well as the wind-chill index,the optimal comfort level for visitors is attained from mid-late May to mid-late September.Based on the index of cloth loading,the best comfort level is attained from June to August.Thus,the optimal comfort period in the Ulanqab scenic area is from mid May to early September.An acceptable comfort level is associated with most of the areas assessed in this study.Only the Huiteng Xile Grassland Tourism Area had a short comfort period,from June to August.In summer the tourist comfort is high,whereas in winter the tourist comfort is low.The degree of comfort throughout the year presents an inverted“U”shape,with the climate in the north being more comfortable than that in the south.In general,weather conditions are more suitable for tourism during the summer months.
