摘  要:酯基绝缘油因其低碳排放、高安全性和环保优势,被视为潜在的下一代变压器绝缘油。在人口密集的都市、高速大容量轨道交通、海上风电、水源地和森林等环保区域,其具有广阔的应用前景。酯基绝缘油与矿物绝缘油在分子结构上存在差异,因此理化和电气性能有所不同。为此,综述酯基绝缘油的研究现状,通过对合成酯、天然酯与传统矿物绝缘油的对比分析,探讨酯基绝缘油在提升电气设备安全性和环境可持续性方面的潜力,并指出未来研究应关注的关键问题。Ester-based insulating oils are considered promising candidates for the next generation of transformer insulation due to their low carbon emission,enhanced safety,and environmental benefits.Their potential applications span environmentally sensitive areas such as densely populated urban centers,high-speed railways,high-capacity infrastructure,offshore wind farms,and natural reserves.However,the distinct molecular structures of ester-based oils compared to mineral-based counterparts contribute to varied physicochemical and electrical properties.This review summarizes current research on ester-based insulating oils and examines their potential to improve the safety and environmental sustainability of electrical equipment.It also compares the synthetic and natural esters against conventional mineral oils,discusses the potential of ester-based insulating oils in improving the safety of electrical equipment and environment sustainability,and points out future research key issues.
