摘  要:先天性心脏病(congenital heart disease,CHD)是临床上常见的出生缺陷,也是婴幼儿死亡的主要原因之一。随着对胎盘研究的不断深入以及成像技术的不断发展,研究者发现CHD与胎盘异常可能存在某些关联,探究胎盘异常与CHD的相关性也逐渐成为研究的热点。胎盘与心脏平行发育,有共同的信号通路,均受遗传和环境因素影响,被称为胎盘-心脏轴。因此,本文对胎盘-心脏轴的相关性研究现状及评估胎盘结构与功能的超声成像技术应用进展进行综述,以期为CHD的管理和治疗提供帮助。Congenital heart disease(CHD)is a prevalent birth defect in clinical practice,constituting one of the primary causes of infant death.As research on the placenta deepens and the imaging technology continually advances,researchers have found that there may be associations between CHD and placenta dysfunction.Investigating the correlation between placenta dysfunction and CHD has gradually become a research focus.The placenta and the fetal heart develop concurrently and share common signaling pathways,influenced by both genetic and environmental factors,known as the placenta-heart axis.This paper reviewed the current research landscape of the placenta-heart axis and the utilization of advanced ultrasound imaging technology to assess placental structure and function,in order to provide help for management and treatment of CHD.
