物流业务外包存在的问题及发展对策研究

摘　　要：伴随经济全球化迅速发展,同行企业之间同质产品的竞争也日益激烈,故企业需要从满足需求的服务质量入手,以提高需求客户的满意度。而企业需求服务质量需通过物流管理降低企业成本,使得企业增强市场竞争实力,促进企业加速发展。但在以电商为主的时代发展过程中,企业物流外包的重要性在其发展中逐渐凸显。因此,企业是否进行物流外包以及物流外包后存在哪些问题等等,需进行深入分析讨论。本文重点主要从企业物流成本、竞争力、外协服务及专业服务四方面对物流外包作用进行分析;其次从信息沟通、物流合作伙伴选择及商品需求速度三个不同角度研究物流业务外包存在的问题,并分析其原因;最后结合企业物流外包作用和存在的问题,提出企业物流外包时可以采取的应对措施,以便能为企业提高经营效益和降低成本的实现提供一定理论研究基础。With the rapid development of economic globalization,competition for homogeneous products among peer enterprises is becoming increasingly fierce.Therefore,enterprises need to start with meeting the quality of services required to improve customer satisfaction.And the quality of service required by enterprises needs to be reduced through logistics management to enhance their market competitiveness and promote accelerated development.However,in the era dominated by e-commerce,the importance of enterprise logistics outsourcing has gradually become prominent in its development.Therefore,it is necessary to conduct in-depth analysis and discussion on whether enterprises engage in logistics outsourcing and what problems exist afer logistics outsourcing.This article mainly analyzes the role of logistics outsourcing from four aspects:enterprise logistics costs,competitiveness,outsourcing services,and professional services;Secondly,study the problems of logistics outsourcing from three different perspectives:information communication,logistics partner selection,and product demand speed,and analyze their reasons;Finally,based on the role and existing problems of enterprise logistics outsourcing,this paper proposes countermeasures that can be taken when outsourcing enterprise logistics,in order to provide a theoretical research basis for enterprises to improve operational efficiency and reduce costs.
