乡村振兴背景下高素质农民培训教育研究--以西安市鄠邑区为例

摘　　要：乡村振兴战略是高质量发展的“压舱石”。本世纪中叶,我国将实现农业现代化,而农民是关乎现代化发展的关键所在,更是乡村振兴战略实施的主体。要实现这一目标,就必须努力打造一支高素质的农民队伍,对农民进行精准培训,这样既可以夯实乡村振兴战略人才基础,同时还可以进一步巩固脱贫攻坚成果,为早日实现强国梦添砖加瓦。我们应聚焦新时代乡村振兴人才发展的要求与任务,不断加快对农业人才结构的优化调整,从整体上提高农业农村从业人员的整体素质,按照“懂经营、善生产、会管理、懂技术”的要求,增加农民个人的经济收入,为加快乡村振兴战略的实施增添助力。本研究旨在探讨乡村振兴背景下高素质农民教育培训的重要性、现状及问题,并提出相应的对策和建议。The rural revitalization strategy is the"ballast stone"for high-quality development.In the middle of this century,China will realize agricultural modernization,and farmers are the key to the modernization development and the main body of the rural revitalization strategy.To achieve this goal,it is necessary to strive to build a high-quality farmer team and conduct precise training for farmers,which can not only consolidate the talent base of the rural revitalization strategy,but also further consolidate the results of poverty alleviation and contribute to the early realization of the dream of a strong country.We should focus on the requirements and tasks of the development of rural revitalization talents in the new era,constantly accelerate the optimization and adjustment of the structure of agricultural talents,improve the overall quality of agricultural and rural employees as a whole,and increase the economic income of farmers in accordance with the requirements of"understanding operation,good production,good management and good technology",so as to add impetus to the implementation of the rural revitalization strategy.This study aims to explore the importance,current situation and problems of high-quality farmer education and training under the background of rural revitalization,and put forward corresponding countermeasures and suggestions.
