摘 要:合并单元采集传输数据信息的准确性决定智能变电站保护能否可靠动作,进而影响系统的安全运行。文中针对母线合并单元在线运行下校验线路合并单元的要求,提出基于电压跟随的线路合并单元同步性检验技术。通过设计同相跟随器生成幅值可调的电流信号,并经功率放大为电流校验提供测量信号,将测量反馈作为电流校验基准;同时,利用Prony算法计算电压互感器的母线电压二次幅值与相位,将其作为电压校验基准。为验证同步性检验技术的可行性,设计了基于RTDS的实验室检验平台测试,结果表明该技术大幅缩减了合并单元同步性检验调试流程,证明了该方案的合理性。The accuracy of the data information collected and transmitted by the merging unit determines whether the smart substation protection can operate reliably,which in turn affects safe operation of the system.In view of the requirement of verifying the line merging unit under online operation of the bus merging unit,a synchronization test technology for line merging units based on voltage following is proposed in this paper.By designing an in⁃phase fol⁃lower,a current signal with adjustable amplitude is generated,amplified into current calibration via power so to pro⁃vide the measurement signal and the measurement feedback is taken as the current calibration benchmark.At the same time,the Prony algorithm is used to calculate the secondary amplitude of the bus voltage and phase,which is used as the voltage calibration reference.For verifying the feasibility of the synchronization test technology,a labora⁃tory test platform test based on RTDS is designed.The results show that this technology greatly reduced the synchro⁃nization test and debugging process of the merging unit,and the rationality of the solution is proved.
