摘　　要：文中提出一种具有温度自抑制功能的全光纤、微型化振动传感器,实现电力设备振动信号精确捕获。通过在保偏光纤上制作微型悬臂梁,将外部振动转为两个正交偏振态之间的相位变化,实现对外部振动的测量。为有效抑制环境温度对光纤传感器的干扰,在传感器中形成了偏振互易式光路结构,有效消除温度双折射而引入的相位误差。测试结果表明所提出传感器在100 Hz~6 kHz范围内具有平坦的响应频带,振动测量灵敏度达到87.76 mV/(m·s^(2)),且在25℃至60℃的温度范围内显示出优异的稳定性。为验证所提出传感器对电力设备振动的监测有效性,在实验室开展了变压器油中燃弧过程中设备外壳的振动冲击检测试验,试验结果表明传感器有效捕获燃弧过程设备外壳的振动波形,燃弧过程振动持续时间约为20 ms,振动主频率为800 Hz,最大振幅达4.2 m/s^(2)。In this paper,a kind of all⁃fiber and miniaturized vibration sensor with temperature self⁃suppression func⁃tion is proposed so to achieve the precise capture of vibration signals in electrical equipment.By fabricating a micro⁃cantilever on polarization⁃maintaining fiber,the external vibrations are converted into phase changes between two or⁃thogonal polarization states,enabling the measurement of external vibration signals.For effectively suppressing the interference of environmental temperature to the fiber sensor,a polarization⁃reciprocal optical path structure is formed in the sensor so to effectively eliminate the phase errors due to temperature⁃induced birefringence.The test re⁃sults show that the proposed sensor exhibits a flat response bandwidth within the range of 100 Hz to 6 kHz,with a vi⁃bration measurement sensitivity of 87.76 mV/(m·s^(2))and remarkable stability across a temperature span from 25℃to 60℃.In order to verify the monitoring effectiveness of the sensor to the vibration of electrical equipment,the vibra⁃tion shock detection test of the casing of equipment during arcing process in transformer oil is performed in the labo⁃ratory.The test result shows that the sensor successfully captures the vibration waveform of the casing during the arc⁃ing process,with the vibration duration of the arcing process lasting approximately 20 ms.The vibration dominant fre⁃quency is 800 Hz and the maximum amplitude is up to 4.2 m/s^(2).
