新疆伽师县农业节水存在的问题与措施建议

摘　　要：伽师县土地光热资源较为丰富,灌区规模较大,水资源是保障其生产生活的关键要素。然而,伽师县是喀什噶尔河流域最末端的一个用水户,水资源禀赋条件较差,现状农业用水方式较为粗放,节水问题十分突出。本文系统梳理了伽师县现状农业节水存在的主要问题,结合现状实际提出了具体的工程措施和非工程措施,为支撑伽师县经济社会可持续发展提供了重要参考。Jiashi County has abundant land,sunlight,and heat resources,with a large-scale irrigation district.Water resources are a crucial factor in ensuring agricultural production and daily life in the region.However,as the most downstream water user in the Kashgar River Basin,Jiashi County faces poor natural water resource conditions,and the current agricultural water use practices are relatively inefficient,making water conservation a prominent issue.This paper systematically reviews the main problems related to agricultural water conservation in Jiashi County and,based on the current situation,proposes specific engineering and non-engineering measures.These recommendations provide important references to support the sustainable development of Jiashi County’s economy and society.
