摘　　要：温度是干式电抗器运行中的重要参数之一,对电抗器温度进行实时在线监测可以有效地避免隐患的升级,防止事故的发生。本文所设计的系统采用了分散式就地安装的温度传感器与测温位置直接接触,通过无线通信的方式将前端接触式测温传感器采集的温度数据发送到测温主机,进而使测温主机可根据自定义的温度进行相应的智能控制。之后无线测温主机通过RS485连接线与上位机相连,工作人员可在无线测温软件平台上进行数据存储、实时监控、智能分析,在事故隐患产生时提前预警,有效避免事故的发生。通过实际运行数据表明,该系统能够精确地实现电抗器温度的实时在线监测,同时扩展了多项系统应用功能,为电抗器的状态评估提供了与温度相结合的实践方案。Temperature is one of the important parameters in the operation of dry reactors,real-time online monitoring of reactor temperature can effectively avoid the escalation of hidden dangers and prevent accidents.The system designed in the paper adopts the method of direct contact between the distributed temperature sensor installed on site and the temperature measurement position,the temperature data collected by the front-end contact temperature measurement sensor is sent to the temperature measurement host through wireless communication,so that the temperature measurement host can perform corresponding intelligent control according to the user-defined temperature.After that,the wireless temperature measurement host is connected to an industrial computer through an RS485 cable to host computer system.Staff can perform data storage,real-time monitoring,and intelligent analysis on the wireless temperature measurement software platform,and give early warning when potential accidents occur,effectively avoiding accidents.According to the actual operation data,the system can accurately realize the real-time on-line monitoring of reactor temperature,at the same time,expands a number of system application functions,which provides a new idea for reactor state assessment combined with temperature.
