摘　　要：紫外可见分光光度计是利用物质对光的选择性吸收对物质进行定量分析和定性鉴别的仪器,常被应用在科学研究、生产监测等多个领域,如核酸,蛋白定量以及细菌生长浓度的定量测试。本文根据JJG 178-2007《紫外、可见、近红外分光光度计》规程内容,总结了紫外可见分光光度计各检定项目的操作步骤及相关注意事项,并对检定中遇到的常见问题进行分析讨论并给出解决的思路和具体建议。UV visible spectrophotometer is an instrument that uses selective absorption of light by substances to quantitatively analyze and qualitatively identify substances.It is often used in scientific research,production monitoring,and other fields,such as quantitative testing of nucleic acids,proteins,and bacterial growth concentrations.The paper summarizes the operation steps and related precautions for each calibration item of UV visible spectrophotometers based on the regulations of JJG 178-2007 UV Visible and Near Infrared Spectrophotometers.It also analyzes and discusses common problems encountered during calibration and provides solutions and specific suggestions.
