容重器容量筒容积测量结果的不确定度评定

摘　　要：本文根据JJG 264-2008《容重器检定规程》,以GHCS-1000型容重器为例,分别以几何测量法和容量比较法两种方法对容重器容量筒容积进行不确定度评定,从设备和人员等因素对影响容量筒容积测量结果各个分量进行详细分析,并对测量数据进行计算。In the paper,according to JJG 264-2008 Verification Regulations for Capacitors and taking GHCS-1000 type capacitors as an example,the uncertainty of the capacity cylinder volume of the capacitors is assessed by geometric measurement method and capacity comparison method respectively,and each component that affects the measurement result of capacity cylinder volume is analyzed in detail from equipment and personnel factors,and the measurement data are calculated.
