摘　　要：猫组织胞浆菌病是由荚膜组织胞浆菌引起的真菌性疾病,肺脏是组织胞浆菌最常入侵的器官,但也可能发生肺外传播从而引起系统性疾病。本文为国内犬猫临床首次报告的猫组织胞浆菌感染病例,患猫因呼吸困难入院,经血液学、组织胞浆菌抗原检测和影像学检查结果诊断为组织胞浆菌病。入院后使用伊曲康唑进行治疗,患猫后期发展成播散性组织胞浆菌病而预后不良。本文对患猫的病因、临床症状、诊断方法和治疗过程进行了详细分析、讨论和解读,希望能为该病的深入研究提供依据,同时为此类疾病的治疗提供参考。Feline histoplasmosis is a fungal disease caused by Histoplasma capsulatum.The lungs are the most commonly affected organ in histoplasmosis,but it can also spread beyond the lungs,leading to systemic disease.This paper presents the first reported case of feline histoplasmosis in domestic clinical practice.The cat was admitted with respiratory distress and diagnosed with histoplasmosis based on hematology,Histoplasma antigen testing,and imaging results.Treatment with itraconazole was initiated after admission.However,the cat later developed disseminated histoplasmosis and had a poor prognosis.This paper provides a detailed analysis,discussion,and interpretation of the etiology,clinical symptoms,diagnostic methods,and treatment process of the affected cat.It aims to provide a basis for further research on this condition and offer reference for the treatment of similar diseases.
