猫黑曲霉性鼻窦炎的病例报告

摘　　要：1只雄性已去势暹罗猫,因长期打喷嚏且近2~3周出现血性鼻分泌物来本院就诊。麻醉后对患猫行头部和胸部计算机断层扫描(CT)、鼻腔内窥镜检查和鼻腔冲洗,并将鼻腔冲洗液进行细菌和真菌培养,取鼻黏膜进行组织病理学检查,结合血液学及病毒和细菌检查,诊断患猫为黑曲霉性鼻窦炎。根据检查结果,给予患猫口服抗真菌药物和抗生素治疗;并进行双侧额窦切开术,鼻腔局部使用冲洗液冲洗。患猫术后鼻腔症状逐渐减轻,术后3个月复查时,仅有偶尔打喷嚏症状,无异常鼻分泌物。A male neutered Siamese cat presented with persistent sneezing and blood-tinged nasal discharge over the past 2-3 weeks.After anesthesia,the cat underwent computed tomography(CT)scans of the head and chest,nasal endoscopy,and nasal lavage.The nasal lavage fluid was cultured for bacteria and fungi,and nasal mucosa was examined histopathologically.Blood tests,along with viral and bacterial examinations,led to a diagnosis of Aspergillus niger sinusitis.Based on the findings,the cat was treated with oral antifungal medications and antibiotics.Additionally,bilateral frontal sinusotomy was performed,and the nasal cavity was locally irrigated.Postoperatively,the cat's nasal symptoms gradually improved,and at the 3-month follow-up,the cat exhibited only occasional sneezing with no abnormal nasal discharge.
