摘 要:汽车可靠性是消费者最关心的主要性能,也是汽车生产企业的核心竞争力要素之一。本文基于可靠性理论基础认知和对可靠性分布的分析,建立系统可靠性能开发流程;根据整车可靠性目标和用户要求,应用可靠性软件对同平台车型保修数据进行可靠度计算,进而完成系统可靠性目标设定与分解;基于系统及相关零部件的可靠性目标,通过仪表板系统及相关零部件可靠性试验,进行系统可靠性估计,以保证可靠性目标的落实。本文提出一种基于可靠性理论的系统可靠性能开发与验证方法,有效解决了研发阶段系统可靠性问题。Automobile reliability is the main concern of consumers for automobile performance and one of the core competitiveness factors of automobile production enterprises.Based on the understanding of reliability theory and the analysis of reliability distribution,this paper establishes a system reliability performance development process.According to the overall vehicle reliability target and user requirements,reliability software is used to calculate the reliability of the warranty data of the same platform model,and then the system reliability target is set and decomposed.Based on the reliability target of the system and related components,system reliability estimation is carried out through reliability tests of the dashboard system and related components to ensure the implementation of reliability targets.This paper proposes a system reliability performance development and verification method based on reliability theory,which effectively solves the system reliability problem in the research and development stage.
