不同杀菌剂对贵州油菜根肿病的防效

摘  要:为有效防治贵州地区油菜根肿病,开展了3个化学制剂(50%氟啶胺悬浮剂、20%氰霜唑悬浮剂和30%氟胺·氰霜唑悬浮剂)和2个生物制剂(3亿CFU/g哈茨木霉菌可湿性粉剂和1 000亿芽孢/g枯草芽孢杆菌可湿性粉剂)对油菜根肿病田间防效试验。结果表明,施用5种杀菌剂后油菜根肿病的发生情况均有明显改善。50%氟啶胺悬浮剂1 000倍液、20%氰霜唑悬浮剂300倍液、30%氟胺·氰霜唑悬浮剂1 600倍液、3亿CFU/g哈茨木霉菌可湿性粉剂80倍液和1 000亿芽孢/g枯草芽孢杆菌可湿性粉剂150倍液处理油菜根肿病的病情指数分别为1.91、8.14、7.22、8.49和3.32,对油菜根肿病的防效分别为89.59%、55.62%、60.63%、53.71%和81.90%。1 000亿芽孢/g枯草芽孢杆菌可湿性粉剂150倍液处理对油菜根肿病的防效与50%氟啶胺悬浮剂1 000倍液处理差异不显著。生物制剂的施用可有效防治油菜根肿病,可以满足贵州省油菜根肿病田间防控的需要。In order to effectively control rape clubroot in Guizhou area,field efficacy trials were conducted on three chemical agents(50%fluazinam SC,20%cyazofamid SC and 30%fluazinam·cyanothalonil SC)and two biological agents(300 million CFU/g Trichoderma harzianum WP and 100 billion spores/g of Bacillus subtilis WP)against rape clubroot.The results showed that the occurrence of rape clubroot was significantly improved after the application of five fungicides.The disease indexes of rape treated with 50%fluazinam SC 1000 times dilution,20%cyazofamid SC 300 times dilution,30%fluazinam·cyanothalonil SC 1600 times dilution,300 million CFU/g Trichoderma harzianum WP 80 times dilution and 100 billion spores/g of Bacillus subtilis WP 150 times dilution were 1.91,8.14,7.22,8.49,and 3.32,respectively,the control effects of five fungicides against rape clubroot were 89.59%,55.62%,60.63%,53.71%and 81.90%,respectively.The control effects of 100 billion spores/g of Bacillus subtilis WP 150 times dilution and 50%fluazinam SC 1000 times dilution against rape clubroot were not significantly different.The application of biological agents can effectively control rape clubroot,which meet the needs of field control of rape clubroot in Guizhou Province.
