摘 要:利用“记忆效应”合成了一种对Cd(Ⅱ)具有较好去除效果的新型类水滑石吸附剂Mg/Al/Fe-CLDH(CFMA).使用SEM-EDS、XRD、BET、TGA、FT-IR和XPS等多种表征技术进行分析,证明CFMA是一种纳米花状且比表面积较大的介孔吸附剂.批次吸附实验结果表明:在pH为4.0~7.0时,0.5 g·L^(−1)的CFMA对20 mg·L^(−1)的Cd(Ⅱ)能够维持较高的去除效率;吸附遵循准二级动力学和Freundlich吸附等温模型,最大吸附容量为396.1 mg·g^(−1).机理表征表明Cd(Ⅱ)的主要去除机制为与材料表面羟基发生配体交换形成表面配合物以及在水滑石层间形成CdCO_(3)沉淀.A novel hydrotalcite-like adsorbent,Mg/Al/Fe-CLDH(CFMA),was synthesized by"memory effect"for the removal of Cd(Ⅱ).CFMA was analyzed by SEM-EDS,XRD,BET,TGA,FT-IR and XPS and proved to be a nanoflowerlike mesoporous adsorbent with large specific surface area.Batch adsorption experiment results indicated that 0.5 g·L^(−1)CFMA was able to effect high removal efficiency for 20 mg·L^(−1)Cd(Ⅱ)at pH 4.0–7.0.The adsorption followed the quasisecondary kinetics and Freundlich adsorption isothermal model with a maximum adsorption capacity of 396.1 mg·g^(−1).Mechanism characterization showed that the removal of Cd(Ⅱ)involved the exchange of ligands and surface complexes with surface hydroxyl groups,and the formation of CdCO_(3) precipitates between the hydrotalcite layers.
