摘  要:优化高效液相色谱法测定3种防晒剂的分析方法。样品经过异丙醇溶解,有机过滤净化后,以Hypersil GOLDTMC18色谱柱(250 mm×0.46 mm,5μm)为分离柱,采用二极管阵列检测器检测,利用色谱峰面积外标法定量。甲氧基肉桂酸乙基己酯、乙基己基三嗪酮、双-乙基己氧基苯酚甲氧基苯基三嗪的检出浓度为0.18~0.35μg/mL,样品平均加标回收率为94.82%~104.11%,相对标准偏差为0.44%~2.12%。结果表明,优化后的检测方法操作简单,数据准确,可用于测定化妆品中3种防晒剂的含量。Optimize the analytical method for determining three types of sunscreen agents using high-performance liquid chromatography.The sample was dissolved in isopropanol and purified by organic filtration.The Hypersil GOLD~(TM)C18 column(250 mm×0.46 mm,5μm)was used as the separation column,and a diode array detector was used for detection.The chromatographic peak area external standard method was used for quantification.The detection concentrations of ethylhexyl methoxycinnamate,ethylhexyl triazine ketone,and bis ethylhexyl phenol methoxyphenyl triazine are 0.18~0.35μg/mL,with an average sample recovery rate of 94.82%~104.11%and a relative standard deviation of 0.44%~2.12%.The results indicate that the optimized detection method is easy to operate,accurate in data,and can be used to determine the content of three sunscreen agents in cosmetics.
