摘  要:某公司UNIPOL聚丙烯工艺生产装置的循环气冷却器换热效率降低,严重影响反应器的运行效果。对UNIPOL聚丙烯循环气冷却器换热效果差的危害影响进行阐述,分析循环气冷却器换热效果差的原因为循环水侧结垢、循环水供水温度高以及循环气侧管程积粉或堵塞,可通过清理循环气冷却器管程、壳程化学水清洗、投用循环冷却水副线、精细调整等手段降低冷却器换热效率低对装置运行的影响,为UNIPOL聚丙烯流化床的长周期稳定运行提供一定参考。The heat exchange efficiency of the circulating gas cooler in the UNIPOL polypropylene process production unit of a certain company has decreased,seriously affecting the operation of the reactor.Elaborate on the hazards of poor heat transfer efficiency of UNIPOL polypropylene circulating gas cooler,analyze the reasons for poor heat transfer efficiency of circulating gas cooler,including scaling on the circulating water side,high supply water temperature of circulating water,and powder accumulation or blockage on the circulating gas side tube side.The impact of low heat transfer efficiency of the cooler on the operation of the device can be reduced by cleaning the circulating gas cooler tube side,shell side chemical water cleaning,using circulating cooling water auxiliary lines,and fine adjustment,providing certain reference for the long-term stable operation of UNIPOL polypropylene fluidized bed.
