摘  要:为加快交叉输送技术在新一代大型液体运载火箭上的应用,基于现役的长征七号运载火箭,采用交叉输送方案对其起飞级进行了重新设计与论证,并通过Modelica语言搭建了起飞级交叉输送模型。考虑全飞行任务中的过载变化,对交叉输送的稳态和瞬态过程进行了仿真,对交叉输送的控制方案进行了设计并对其非正常工况下的调节能力进行了验证。仿真与计算结果表明:长征七号运载火箭在进行交叉输送方案设计时需要优先考虑较轻的助推级贮箱结构质量;采用管路-管路型交叉输送方案并搭配基于压力差的闭环控制方案能够满足全飞行过程的工作需求,在初始液位1 m偏差的情况下50 s内可达到动态平衡,在一台助推级与一台芯级发动机先后关机的情况下,可保证分离时刻液氧贮箱液位偏差不超过0.9%,煤油贮箱不超过0.5%;分离时刻建议先打开芯级隔离阀再关闭交叉隔离阀,并适当延长阀门动作时间以减小水击压力。In order to accelerate the application of cross-feed technology on the new generation of large liq⁃uid launch vehicles,based on the existing Long March 7 launch vehicle,a cross-feed scheme was adopted to re⁃design and demonstrate its takeoff stage.A cross-feed model of the takeoff stage was programmed by Modelica language.Considering the overload changes during the entire flight mission,simulations were conducted on the steady process and transient processes of cross-feed working state.The control scheme for cross-feed was de⁃signed and its regulation ability under abnormal working conditions was verified.The simulation and calculation results show that when designing the cross-feed scheme for the Long March 7 launch vehicle,priority should be given to the lighter structural mass of the booster-stage tank.The use of a line-to-line cross-feed scheme com⁃bined with a closed-loop control scheme based on pressure difference can meet the working requirements of the entire flight process.Dynamic balance can be achieved within 50 s under an initial liquid level deviation of 1 m.With the shutdown of one booster stage and core stage engine,the liquid level deviation of the liquid oxygen stor⁃age tank at the separation time can be ensured to not exceed 0.9%,and the liquid level deviation of the kerosene storage tank cannot exceed 0.5%.It is recommended to open the core-stage isolation valve first before closing the cross isolation valve during separation,and appropriately extend the valve action time to reduce water hammer pressure.
