摘 要:由于采用薄极板、薄隔板的高功率电池的板间距小,装配压力大,而且内化成的工艺路线长,电池加酸后,大部分铅膏发生硫酸盐化反应,生成硫酸铅,释放大量热,导致电池内部温度快速上升,同时引起硫酸电解液密度下降,加剧了硫酸铅的溶解,在电池充电后表现为枝晶穿透,致使电池失效。为解决上述生产过程中的问题,通过在组装前先将极板浸酸,且在极板干燥后再组装电池的工艺路线,以及电池化成充电过程控制化成温度的方法,有效降低了电池枝晶短路的风险。The plates and separators of the high rate battery are relatively thin,with small spacing between the plates and high assembly pressure.At the same time,the battery adopts the container formation process.So after filling acid to the battery,most of the lead paste undergoes a sulfation reaction to produce lead sulfate,releasing a large amount of heat,causing a rapid increase in the internal temperature of the battery and a decrease in the density of sulfuric acid,all of which exacerbate the dissolution of lead sulfate.After charging the battery,it shows internal dendrite penetrating,causing the battery failure.To solve the problems in the production process mentioned above,the process of dipping the plate in acid and drying before assembling the battery is adopted,and meanwhile controlling temperature during the formation and charging process,which can effectively reduce the risk of battery dendrite short circuit.
