摘 要:通过对不同浸酸时间的正极板进行研究,探讨了采用正极板浸酸工艺解决纯铅薄极板铅酸蓄电池枝晶短路问题的可行性。研究表明:正极板浸酸后在表面生成一层致密的硫酸铅,减少了电池灌酸后浸酸初期产生的热量,减缓了硫酸往极板内部渗透的速度,降低了硫酸与极板内物质的反应速度,从而降低了电池浸酸过程中的温度,有效抑制了电池发生枝晶短路的问题;采用浸酸5~15s的正极板组装蓄电池,匹配反充电化成工艺,可使电池循环性能明显提高。This paper explores the feasibility of using positive plate soaking technology to solve the problem of dendrite short circuit in pure lead thin plate lead-acid batteries by studying positive plates with different soaking time.The results show that a layer of dense lead sulfate is formed on the surface of the positive plate after soaking in sulfuric acid solution,which reduces the heat generated during the initial soaking of the battery,slows down the penetration rate of sulfuric acid into the inside of the plate,reduces the reaction rate between sulfuric acid and the substances inside the plate,thus reducing the temperature during the soaking process of the battery and effectively inhibiting the problem of dendrite short circuit in the battery.The battery is assembled using a positive plate soaked in sulfuric acid solution for 5~15 s,and the cycling performance of the battery is obviously improved by matching the formation process with reverse charging.
