摘  要:通过对电力用阀控式铅酸蓄电池标准要求和生产过程配组方法的研究,对电力用蓄电池10小时率放电末期电压分档、浮充电检测、开路电压检测工艺进行验证优化,提出了高效的电力电池配组方法,保证了电力系统多单体串联使用阀控式铅酸蓄电池的配组一致性,也大大提高了生产过程的配组效率和可操作性。Based on the research on the standard requirements of valve-regulated lead-acid batteries for electric power and the method of making sets of batteries in the production process,the processes of voltage classification,floating charge detection and open-circuit voltage detection of electric power batteries for 10 hours rate discharge were verified and optimized,and an efficient method was proposed to ensure the consistency of the matched valve-regulated lead-acid batteries when multiple units are used in series in the power system.It also greatly improves the matching efficiency and operability of the production process.
