摘  要:块矿的热爆裂性能一般通过热裂指数来表征,其是高炉入炉原料的重要影响因素。为帮助研究及检测人员更好地测定铁矿石热裂指数,本文通过对比国内外关于铁矿石热裂指数测定标准的最新进展,对ISO 8371和GB/T 10322.6历次版本中存在的问题和主要修订内容进行分析和梳理,认为GB/T 10322.6—2004存在试样的制备过程繁琐、试验工艺设计不合理、试验结果的表示不严谨等主要问题。从试样制备过程、热裂试验过程(称量、加热、冷却、筛分)和试验结果表示三方面对历次标准的技术内容进行对比分析,按范围、原理、试样的制备、试验设备、试验步骤、结果表示等逐章节对GB/T 10322.6—2022进行解析,对GB/T 10322.6—2022提出编辑性和技术性修改建议。GB/T 10322.6—2022应根据ISO 8371:2024适时修订,同时应解决ISO 8371:2024遗留的问题。该标准应增加设备规格描述,明确加热炉的尺寸和温度控制精度以及试验样盒的尺寸、厚度、材质;明确热裂试验装料步骤,如试样铺装层数、试验样盒装入数量等;明确热裂试验的加热温度和加热速率,优化热裂试验筛分步骤、热裂试验结果表示。The hot crack performance of lump ore is generally characterized by the hot crack index,which is an important influencing factor for the raw materials of blast furnace.In order to help researchers and inspectors better determine the hot crack index of iron ore,by comparing the latest progress of domestic and foreign standards for the determination of iron ore hot crack index,the problems and main revisions in the previous versions of ISO 8371 and GB/T 10322.6 are analyzed and sorted out,and it is believed that the main problems existing in GB/T 10322.6—2004 are:the preparation process of the sample is cumbersome,the test process design is unreasonable,and the expression of the test results is not rigorous.The technical content of the previous standards is compared and analyzed from such three aspects as sample preparation process,hot crack test process(weighing,heating,cooling,screening) and test result presentation,and GB/T 10322.6—2022 is analyzed chapter by chapter according to the scope,principle,sample preparation,test equipment,test steps,and result expression;the editorial and technical modification suggestions are put forward for GB/T 10322.6—2022.GB/T 10322.6—2022 should be revised in accordance with ISO 8371:2024 in due course,and the remaining issues of ISO 8371:2024 should be addressed.A description of equipment specifications of the standard should be added;the size and temperature control accuracy of the heating furnace,and the size,thickness and material of the test sample box are clarified;the charging steps of the hot crack test are clarified,such as the number of layers of sample paving,the number of test sample boxes,etc.;the heating temperature and heating rate of the hot crack test are clarified,and the screening steps of the hot crack test and the display of the hot crack test results are optimized.
