摘 要:为了响应国家“双碳”目标,解决钒钛铁精矿酸性氧化球团不能满足高炉渣系对钙、镁成分要求的问题,本文以钒钛铁精矿为原料,研究氧化温度、氧化时间、钙盐添加量和膨润土添加量对氧化球团物相组成、抗压强度和孔隙率的影响。试验结果表明:随着氧化温度的升高,钒钛铁精矿主要发生磁铁矿转变为赤铁矿和钛铁矿转为铁板钛矿两个氧化过程;随着氧化温度的升高和氧化时间的延长,氧化球团抗压强度提高,孔隙率降低;随着钙盐添加量的增加,氧化球团抗压强度显著下降,孔隙率明显增大;在膨润土添加量为0.75%,氧化时间为120 min和氧化温度为1 200℃的条件下,添加1.5%氢氧化钙的氧化球团的抗压强度和孔隙率分别为3 449.9 N/P和22.70%;添加1.5%碳酸钙的氧化球团的抗压强度和孔隙率分别为3 168.6 N/P和25.25%。本文研究结果可为提高钒钛铁精矿高炉入炉比奠定原料基础,进一步降低高炉冶炼工艺的能耗水平。In order to respond to the national “double carbon” goal and solve the problem that the acid oxidation pellets of vanadium-ilmenite concentrate cannot meet the requirements of the blast furnace slag system for the ingredient requirements of calcium and magnesium,the effects of oxidation temperature,oxidation time,calcium salt addition and bentonite addition on the phase composition,compressive strength and porosity of the oxidized pellet are studied.The results show that with the increase of oxidation temperature,there are two oxidation processes in which magnetite is converted into hematite and ilmenite is converted into iron plate perovskite;with the increase of oxidation temperature and the extension of oxidation time,the compressive strength of oxidation pellets increases and the porosity decreases;with the increase of calcium salt addition,the compressive strength of oxidized pellets is decreased significantly,and the porosity is increased significantly;the compressive strength and porosity of the oxidized pellets with 1.5% calcium hydroxide are 3 449.9 N/P and 22.70%,respectively,under the conditions of 0.75% bentonite addition,120 min oxidation time and 1 200 ℃;the compressive strength and porosity of the oxidized pellets with 1.5% calcium carbonate are 3 168.6 N/P and 25.25%,respectively.The results can lay a raw material foundation for improving the blast furnace inlet ratio of vanadium-ilmenite concentrate and further reduce the energy consumption level of blast furnace smelting process.
