摘 要:针对梅钢5号烧结机混合料布料偏析效果不佳导致固体燃料消耗增大的问题,本文设计实验室模拟布料装置并进行烧结杯试验,研究不同气体喷吹速度对混合料粒度和燃料分布的影响;开发烧结混合料气体喷吹装置进行工业应用试验,确定适宜的喷吹介质,分析气体喷吹对混合料温度、粒度和燃料分布的影响,以及对烧结技术指标改善的效果。试验结果表明:随着气体喷吹速度的提高,混合料粒度和燃料分布的偏析程度增加;采用50 m/s流速的气体喷吹混合料后进行烧结杯试验,烧结机利用系数提高0.024 t/(m^(2)·h),烧结矿成品率提高0.93个百分点,固体燃料消耗降低0.8 kg/t。工业应用结果表明:气体喷吹采用压缩空气为宜,喷吹后混合料温度降低0.9~1.3℃,混合料的粒度偏析指数从0.77%/m提高至1.66%/m,燃料偏析指数从-0.156%/m提高至0.382%/m,烧结矿成品率提高1.62个百分点,燃料消耗降低2.26 kg/t。气体喷吹偏析布料技术占用空间小、成本低,能够显著改善混合料的粒度和燃料分布,提高烧结矿的成品率。In order to solve the problem of increasing solid fuel consumption caused by the poor segregation effect of the mixture distribution of Meigang No.5 sintering machine,the laboratory simulation distribution device and the sintering cup test are designed to study the influence of different gas injection speeds on the particle size and fuel distribution of the mixture.The sintering mixture gas injection device is developed for industrial application test,the suitable injection medium is determined,and the influence of gas injection on the temperature,particle size and fuel distribution of the mixture is analyzed,as well as the effect on sintering technical index is improved.The results show that,with the increase of gas injection speed,the segregation degree of mixture particle size and fuel distribution increases.After using the gas injection mixture with a flow rate of 50 m/s,the sintering cup test is carried out,and the utilization coefficient of the sintering machine is increased by 0.024 t/(m~2·h),the sinter yield is increased by 0.93%,and the solid fuel consumption is reduced by 0.8 kg/t.The results of industrial application show that compressed air is suitable for gas injection,the temperature of the mixture is reduced by 0.9~1.3 ℃,the particle size segregation index of the mixture is increased from 0.77%/m to 1.66%/m,the fuel segregation index is increased from-0.156%/m to 0.382%/m,the sinter yield is increased by 1.62%,and the fuel consumption is reduced by 2.26 kg/t.Gas injection segregation distribution technology has a small space occupation and low cost,which can significantly improve the particle size and fuel distribution of the mixture,and increase the yield of sinter.
