摘 要:针对姬塬油田侏罗系油藏边底水发育、递减快、采收率低等开发矛盾问题,运用CO_(2)气体重力分异及气顶的膨胀原理,开展重力辅助CO_(2)驱油机理研究、影响因素分析、注采工程方案设计、矿场试验工作。研究表明,要保障重力辅助CO_(2)驱效果,要求油藏是具备一定地层倾角、油层厚度大、隔夹层不发育的背斜构造的轻质油藏,同时要有稳定的气源;要采用高部位均匀注气,低部位逐级开井,平面上混相驱油,采出端控液生产;注采井井筒需要配套气密封及防腐措施,地面要配套紧急截断装置,防止气窜风险。H436区油藏矿场试验表明,重力辅助CO_(2)驱油能够使濒临废弃的侏罗系低渗透油藏“起死回生”,单井日增油达1.57 t,含水率下降35.7%,降水增油效果显著。研究成果为长庆油田探索侏罗系低渗透油藏提高采收率提供了技术方向,同时为国家“双碳”目标储备技术。In response to the development contradictions of the Jurassic oil reservoir in Jiyuan oilfield,such as the development of edge and bottom water,rapid decline and low recovery rate,applying the principle of CO_(2) gas gravity differentiation and gas cap expansion,research on gravity-assisted CO_(2) oil displacement mechanism,analysis of influencing factors,design of injection and production engineering schemes,and field testing work are carried out.Research has shown that in order to ensure the effectiveness of gravity-assisted CO_(2) flooding,it is necessary to have a light oil reservoir with a certain dip angle,large oil layer thickness, and undeveloped interlayer structure, as well as a stable gas source. We should use uniform gas injection in high areas, step-by-step well opening in low areas, miscible displacement on the plane, and control liquid production at the production end. The wellbore of injection and production wells needs to be equipped with gas sealing and anti-corrosion measures, and the ground should be equipped with emergency cut-off devices to prevent the risk of gas channeling. The field test of H436 reservoir shows that gravity-assisted CO_(2) flooding can revive the abandoned Jurassic low-permeability reservoir, with a daily oil increase of 1.57 tons per well, a decrease of 35.7% in water content, and a significant effect of precipitation and oil increase. The research results provide a technical direction for exploring Jurassic low-permeability reservoirs in Changqing oilfield to improve oil recovery, and also reserve technology for the national "dual carbon" target.
