摘 要:固井施工过程中的漏失问题严重影响一次上返全封固井环空的成功率,常规的隔离液体系无法有效实现防漏。为此,本文研发了一种防漏堵漏隔离液体系,该体系选择弹性材料(橡胶胶粒)作为架桥粒子,SC-yt聚合物作为吸附材料,木屑作为充填加固材料,通过这几种材料的复配,针对2 mm的裂缝其封堵性能最高可达7 MPa,且该隔离液体系与钻井液、水泥浆配伍性良好,能够满足现场施工要求。The leakage problem during cementing construction seriously affects the success rate of fully sealing the cementing annulus,and conventional spacer fluid system cannot effectively prevent leakage.For this purpose,this article has developed a new type of leak proof and plugging spacer fluid system.The system selects elastic materials(rubber particles)as bridging particles,SC-yt polymers as adsorption materials,and sawdust as filling and reinforcement materials.Through the combination of these materials,the sealing performance for 2 mm cracks can reach up to 7 MPa,and the spacer fluid system has good compatibility with drilling fluid and cement slurry,which can meet the requirements of on-site construction.
