摘 要:以3-溴噻吩为原料合成的荷电化聚噻吩(P-N)对MXene(Ti3C2Tx)进行表面改性,得到了MXene@P-N导热填料。通过冰模板法,以冰晶形成的方向构筑导热填料的框架,形成规律的导热路径,将液体硅橡胶(LSR)浸润到框架中制备出具有高热导率的复合材料。通过核磁共振波谱仪(^(1)H NMR)、凝胶渗透色谱仪(GPC)和傅里叶红外光谱仪(FTIR)等方法表征了P-N、MXene以及导热填料的形貌结构。FTIR分析结果进一步验证了P-N通过氢键作用负载在MXene表面。对不同填料含量的复合材料热导率的研究表明,填料含量为4.96 vol%/15.57 wt%时,复合材料热导率可达到1.43 W/(m·K),比纯LSR提高了4.96倍。此复合材料为轻质高导热LSR的设计构筑提供全新的研究思路。MXene@P-N thermally conductive filler was obtained by surface modification of MXene(Ti_(3)C_(2)T_(x))with charge-chemical polythiophene(P-N)synthesized from 3-bromothiophene.The composites with high thermal conductivity were prepared by the ice template method,in which the framework of the thermally conductive filler was constructed in the direction of ice crystal formation to form a regular thermal conductivity path,and the framework infiltrated with liquid silicone rubber(LSR)was used to prepare the composites with high thermal conductivity.The morphology and structure of P-N,MXene and the thermally conductive filler were characterized by nuclear magnetic resonance spectroscopy(^(1)H NMR),gel permeation chromatography(GPC),and fourier transform infrared spectroscopy(FTIR),X-ray polycrystalline diffractometry(XRD),X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy(XPS),and transmission electron microscopy(TEM),etc.The results of the FTIR analyses further confirmed the thermal conductivity of P-N and MXene was loaded on the surface of MXene through hydrogen bonding.Reseaches regarding the thermal conductivity of the composite with different filler contents indicate that the thermal conductivity of the composite can reach 1.43 W/(m-K)with an addition of 4.96 vol%/15.57wt%,which is 4.96 times higher than that of pure LSR.This composite material provides a new research idea for the design and construction of lightweight and high thermal conductivity LSR.
