摘　　要：目的探讨PDCA循环工作程序在新生儿医源性皮肤损伤的预防效果。方法选取2020年3月至2020年7月期间复旦大学附属妇产科医院收治的852例新生儿为研究对象, 随机分为干预组(426例)和对照组(426例)。对照组采用常规护理干预, 干预组采用PDCA循环工作程序护理干预。比较干预后医源性皮肤损伤发生情况和护理满意度。结果干预后, 干预组医源性皮肤损伤发生率为1.88%, 低于对照组11.74%, 差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);干预后, 干预组护理满意度各项评分和总分均高于对照组, 差异有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。结论 PDCA循环工作程序护理应用于新生儿医源性皮肤损伤, 可以减少患儿医源性皮肤损伤发生率, 提高护理满意度。Objective To explore the prevention effect of PDCA cycle working procedure in neonatal iatrogen-ic skin injury.Methods A total of 852 neonates admitted to the Hospital of Obstetrics and Gynecology affiliated to Fu-dan University from March 2020 to July 2020 were randomly divided into intervention group and control group,with 426 cases in each group.The control group was treated with routine nursing intervention,while the intervention group was treated with PDCA cycle nursing intervention.The occurrence of iatrogenic skin injury and nursing satisfaction were compared after intervention.Results After intervention,the incidence of iatrogenic skin injury in the intervention group was 1.88%,which was lower than 11.74%in the control group,and the diference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After intervention,the scores and total scores of nursing satisfaction in the intervention group were higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusions The applica-tion of PDCA cycle working procedure nursing in neonatal iatrogenic skin injury can reduce the incidence of iatrogenic skin injury and improve nursing satisfaction.
