摘　　要：目的观察在糖尿病足创面输液护理中实施双因素理论, 对其预后康复效果的影响。方法将2019年6月至2022年6月期间于上海市第八人民医院收治的120例糖尿病病足创面输液患者作为研究对象, 根据随机数字法分为观察组和对照组, 各60例, 对照组实施常规护理模式, 观察组实施双因素理论, 于入院当日、出院前1 d对比两组患者并发症发生率及康复指标, 并使用溃疡创面Wagner分级量表测评两组患者创面恢复情况。结果入院当日, 两组患者康复指标对比, 差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);出院前1 d, 观察组患康复指标和溃疡创面Wagner分级情况均高于对照组, 差异有统计学意义(均P<0.05), 且并发症发生率低于对照组, 差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论实施双因素理论能够改善糖尿病病足创面输液患者的溃疡创面情况, 降低其并发症的发生, 从而改善其振动感觉阈值。Objective To observe the influence of the implementation of the two factor theory on the prognosis and rehabilitation in the infusion nursing of diabetes foot wound.Methods A total of 120 patients with diabetic foot wounds treated in the Eighth People's Hospital of Shanghai from June 2019 to June 2022 were selected as the research objects.According to the random number method,they were divided into observation group and control group,with 60 cases in each group.The control group implemented the routine nursing mode,while the observation group implemen-ted the two factor theory.The complication rate and rehabilitation indexes of the two groups were compared on the day of admission and 1 day before discharge,and the wound recovery of the two groups was evaluated using the ulcer wound Wagner scale.Results On the day of admission,there was no significant difference in rehabilitation indexes between the two groups(P>0.05).One day before discharge,the rehabilitation index and Wagner grade of ulcer wound in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,and the differ-ence was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusions The implementation of the two factor theory can improve the ulcer wound condition of patients with diabetes foot wound infusion,reduce the occurrence of its complications,and thus improve its vibration perception threshold.
