摘　　要：目的探讨多学科融合护理对内镜逆行胰胆管造影术(ERCP)+内镜下十二指肠乳头括约肌切开(EST)术患者胃肠功能恢复及并发症的影响。方法选取2022年1月至2023年2月淮安市第五人民医院80例ERCP+EST术患者为研究对象, 应用随机数字表将患者分为观察组(n=40)和对照组(n=40), 对照组行常规性护理, 观察组实施学科融合护理, 比较两组干预前后焦虑情绪、治疗依从性、胃肠功能恢复及并发症情况。结果观察组术后首次排气时间、首次进食时间、下床活动时间及总住院时间较对照组显著缩短(P<0.05), 观察组治疗依从率及患者满意率高于对照组(P<0.05), 而观察组并发发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论多学科融合护理能有效提高患者检查依从性, 促进患者术后胃肠功能恢复, 降低检查相关并发症, 提升患者对护理工作的满意度。Objective To explore the effects of multidisciplinary integrated nursing on gastrointestinal function recovery and complications in patients undergoing endoscopic retrograde cholangiopancreatography(ERCP)and endoscopic sphincterotomy(EST).Methods From January 2022 to February 2023,80 patients with ERCP and EST in the Fifth People's Hospital of Huai'an were selected as the research objects.The patients were divided into observation group and control group by random number table,with 40 cases in each group.The control group received conventional nursing care,while the observation group received interdisciplinary nursing care.The anxiety,treatment compliance,gastrointestinal function recovery and complications before and after intervention were compared between the two groups.Results The first postoperative exhaust time,first feeding time,time of getting out of bed and total hospital stay of the observation group were significantly shorter than those of the control group after surgery(P<0.05).The treatment com-pliance rate and satisfaction rate of patients in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05),while the complication rate in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Con-clusions Multidisciplinary integrated nursing can effectively improve patients'compliance with examinations,promote patients'postoperative gastrointestinal function recovery,reduce complications related to examinations,and enhance patients'satisfaction with nursing care.
