摘  要:建立了气压制动系统密封性测试的简化模型,研究了气压制动系统密封性影响因素,排除压缩空气温度、储气筒间气压分流、气压测试传感器布置位置等因素的影响后,对气压制动系统密封性测试方法提出需要在气压稳定后再进行测试的建议,确保气压制动系统密封性测试的合理性。A simplified model for the sealing test of air pressure braking systems was established,and the factors affecting the sealing of air pressure braking systems were studied.After excluding the influence of factors such as compressed air temperature,air pressure distribution between storage cylinders,and the placement of air pressure testing sensors,suggestions were made for the method of testing the sealing of air pressure braking systems,which should be carried out after the air pressure is stable,to ensure the rationality of the sealing test of airpressurebraking systems.
