摘　　要：整车轴距是汽车的重要参数之一,对车辆的性能、安全性、舒适性等有着重要的影响。在实际生产和使用过程中,由于制造和装配误差,轴距尺寸会出现一定的偏差。为了保证车辆的性能和安全性,需要对轴距的尺寸公差进行严格控制,本文基于VSA仿真分析软件对整车轴距尺寸公差进行研究,并对影响轴距尺寸公差的因素及控制方法进行探讨。The vehicle wheelbase is one of the important parameters for the performance of the vehicle.Safety,comfort and so on have an important impact.In the actual production and use process,due to manufacturing and assembly errors,the wheelbase size will appear a certain deviation.In order to ensure the performance and safety of the vehicle,it is necessary to strictly control the dimensional tolerance of the wheelbase.This paper studies the dimensional tolerance of the vehicle wheelbase based on the VSA simulation analysis software,and discusses the factors affecting the dimensional tolerance of the wheelbase and the control methods.
