祛风止咳胶囊治疗感冒后咳嗽(风咳)的临床疗效观察

摘　　要：目的 观察祛风止咳胶囊治疗感冒后咳嗽(风咳)的临床疗效。方法 选取286例感冒后咳嗽(风咳)的患者,随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组,每组各143例,对照组患者给予氢溴酸右美沙芬口服液常规止咳治疗,观察组患者在对照组治疗的基础上服用祛风止咳胶囊治疗,两组均治疗两周,观察两组患者在治疗前、治疗两周后的咳嗽症状评分、证候积分、咳嗽生命质量问卷评分(LCQ)、不良反应等的变化。结果 观察组治疗后在咳嗽评分、证候积分、LCQ评分、愈显率、总有效率等方面高于对照组(P <0.05,P <0.01)。两组不良反应发生率相比差异无统计学意义(P> 0.05)。结论 祛风止咳胶囊治疗感冒后咳嗽(风咳)疗效确切,可明显改善患者临床症状及生活质量,降低咳嗽症状积分及中医证候积分,提高LCQ评分,值得临床推广应用。Objective To observe the clinical effect of Qufeng Zhike Capsules on cough after cold(wind cough).Methods A total of 286 patients with cough after cold(wind cough)were selected and assigned with the random number table method into observation and control groups(n=143).The control group was treated with dextromethorphan hydrobromide oral liquid,and the observation group was treated with Qufeng Zhike Capsules and dextromethorphan hydrobromide oral liquid.Both groups were treated for 2 weeks.The cough score,traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)syndrome score,and Leicester Cough Questionnaire(LCQ)score were recorded before and after treatment,and the adverse reactions were observed in the two groups.Results After treatment,the observation group outperformed the control group in terms of the cough score, TCM syndrome score, LCQ score,remission rate, and total response rate (P <0.05, P <0.01). There was no significant difference in theincidence of adverse reactions between the two groups (P >0.05). Conclusion Qufeng Zhike Capsulesare effective in treating cough after cold (wind cough), as manifested by the alleviated clinicalsymptoms, improved quality of life, reduced cough score and TCM syndrome score, and increased LCQscore, being worthy of clinical application.
