基于“内伤脾胃”理论刍议自我药疗伤及脾胃的相关性

摘　　要：胃是受纳和腐熟口服类药物的基础,而各种给药方式都需要“脾主运化”的功能主导。现今,随着医药产业发展,虽然自我药疗已成为人们对抗疾病的主要方式之一,但是不合理的自我药疗频次增多,其损伤脾胃的风险逐渐增高。“内伤脾胃,百病由生”,顾护脾胃之气尤为重要。本文运用“内伤脾胃,百病由生”理论溯源脾胃与药物代谢相关性,分析不合理自我药疗伤及脾胃的关系,并进行相关临床分析,提出自我药疗安全意识策略,旨在提示基层民众重视脾胃的中焦枢纽作用和顾护脾胃之气,促使其规范自我药疗行为。The stomach is fundamental for receiving and digesting orally administered drugs,while all forms of drug administration require the functional dominance of the spleen,which governs transportation and transformation.Today,with the development of the pharmaceutical industry,selfmedication has become one of the primary methods to combat diseases.However,the frequency of improper self-medication has increased,leading to a rising risk of injury to the spleen and stomach.The principle"internal injury to the spleen and stomach leads to the onset of various diseases"highlights the importance of protecting the qi of the spleen and stomach.This article applied the theory that"internal injury to the spleen and stomach leads to the onset of various diseases"to trace the correlation between the spleen and stomach and drug metabolism,analyze the relationship between improper self-medication and spleen and stomach damage,and conduct relevant clinical analysis.Moreover,this article proposed strategies for raising awareness of self-medication safety,emphasizing the central role of the spleen and stomach in health,and encouraging grassroots populations to protect the qi of the spleen and stomach and to regulate their self-medication practices.
