城市新区建设产业融合发展下的乡村风貌设计——以眉山天府新区新安村为例

摘  要:城市新区乡村受到城市化发展的影响,形成了较多以新产业发展为主的产业特色村落,村庄传统风貌空间与城镇化乡村风貌建设问题突出。新区建设产业融合背景下,乡村景观风貌空间特征由生态环境特征、产业文化特征、生活场景特征共同构成。以眉山天府新区新安村为例,提出产业融合乡村景观风貌设计实践中三大设计策略:通过乡土植被近自然造景结合,进行符合现代农业产业的农业空间风貌修复;结合乡土元素的再利用,存量建筑更新改造助力产业文化重塑;以人口结构调整下的公共空间转型,建立用产业融合后乡村社区生活圈,实现生活场景融合。Rural areas in urban new districts are influenced by urbanization development,leading to the formation of many villages with distinctive industrial characteristics based on the development of new industries,with prominent issues in the construction of traditional village spatial forms and urbanized rural spatial forms.Under the background of industrial integration in new district construction,the spatial characteristics of rural landscape features are jointly composed of ecological environment features,industrial culture features,and life scene features.Taking Xinan Village in Meishan Tianfu New Area as an example,this paper proposes three major design strategies in the practice of rural landscape design with industrial integration:restoring the agricultural space landscape in line with modern agricultural industry by combining local vegetation with near-natural landscape creation;reshaping industrial culture through the reuse of local elements and the renovation of existing buildings;transforming public spaces under the adjustment of population structure,and establishing a community life circle in rural areas after industrial integration to achieve the integration of life scenes.
