摘 要:对石油专用管螺纹测量的重要性进行了介绍。总结了石油专用管螺纹的外观、单项参数、综合参数、几何尺寸等传统螺纹测量技术。分析了以结构光垂直投影法、激光三角法、低相干干涉测量法为代表的石油专用管螺纹非接触测量技术发展现状及各种方法的优缺点;以比对测量技术为代表的现代石油专用管螺纹接触测量技术的发展现状。指出石油专用管螺纹测量技术应向着高度自动化、高度智能化的趋势发展,外螺纹应用结构光和光栅尺的视觉测量技术与内螺纹应用比对测量技术能全面实现石油专用管螺纹的数智化测量。Along with the introduction of importance of the tubular goods thread measurement,this paper summarizes the traditional thread detection technology for appearance,single parameters,complex parameters and geometric size.The development status of non-contact measurement technology of tubular goods thread represented by structured light vertical projection method,laser triangulation method and low-coherence interferometry method,and the advantages and disadvantages of various methods are analyzed.It also introduces the development status of modern contact measurement technology represented by comparison measurement technology.It is pointed out that the development trend of tubular goods thread inspection technology should be towards high automation and high intelligence.In order to fully realize the digital intelligent measurement of tubular goods thread,the visual measurement technology of external thread using structured light and grating ruler and the comparison measurement technology of internal thread should be applied.
