摘  要:以长庆油田某作业区原油为研究对象,通过碳数分布及原油成分等测试,对导致该区块井筒严重结蜡的原因进行了分析。结果表明造成结蜡的主要原因有2个:一是原油中沥青质和胶质与蜡的质量比低;二是原油中高碳数组分占比大且碳链长度长。基于结蜡原因分析结果,构建高效三元共聚物防蜡剂,添加500 mg/L防蜡剂时防蜡效果明显,防蜡率达到70%以上,原油凝点降低6℃。蜡晶显微及黏度测试结果可见防蜡剂和石蜡之间产生的共晶会破坏石蜡的晶态结构,影响了石蜡三维网状结构的形成,因此达到防蜡的效果。Taking crude oil from a certain block in Changqing Oilfield as the research object,the causes of severe wax deposition in the wellbore were analyzed through testing of carbon number distribution and crude oil composition.The results indicate that there are two main reasons for wax formation.Firstly,the mass ratio of asphaltene and resin to wax in crude oil is low.Secondly,the proportion of high carbon arrays in crude oil is large and the carbon chain length is long.Based on the analysis of the causes of wax formation,an efficient ternary copolymer wax inhibitor was constructed,with the addition of 500 mg/L anti-wax agent has a significant anti wax effect,with an anti wax rate of over 70% and a decrease in crude oil pour point of 6 ℃.The results of wax crystal microscopy and viscosity testing show that the eutectic formed between the anti-wax agent and the paraffin wax can damage the crystalline structure,affecting the formation of the three-dimensional network structure of the paraffin wax,thus achieving the anti-wax effect.
