摘  要:对某煤层气区块以环氧煤沥青为外防腐涂层的20#钢集输管道腐蚀进行研究。模拟计算结果表明,管道运行20 a后,外防腐涂层失效,管道在含有铁氧化细菌(IOB)的土壤环境下腐蚀速率为0.075 mm/a。现场开挖验证显示,管道壁厚实际减薄2.1 mm,实际腐蚀速率为0.105 mm/a。经安全评价,该条管道运行存在安全风险,减薄处的缺陷不可接受。采取玻璃纤维结合高分子材料对壁厚减薄处进行修复补强可降低管道运行风险。Corrosion of the 20# steel gathering and transporting pipeline with epoxy coal asphalt as the external anti-corrosion coating in a coalbed methane block was studied.Simulation results show that after 20 years operation,the external anti-corrosion coating failed and the corrosion rate of pipeline was 0.075 mm/a in soil containing iron oxidizing bacteria(IOB).The field excavation verifies that the actual thickness of the pipeline reduces by 2.1 mm and the actual corrosion rate is 0.105 mm/a.The results of safety evaluation show that there is risk in the operation of the pipeline and the defects in the thinned section are not acceptable.Glass fiber and polymer material can be used to repair and reinforce the thinned wall to reduce the risk of pipeline operation.
