摘 要:某油田录井用03Cr18Ni16Mo5奥氏体不锈钢钢丝在使用过程中发生了断裂失效。为了确定其断裂失效的原因,对失效录井钢丝样品进行了宏观形貌分析、理化性能试验、金相组织分析、微观形貌分析和腐蚀产物能谱分析,并对该录井钢丝服役过程中承受的载荷进行了计算分析。结果表明,该失效不锈钢录井钢丝材料的化学成分中Cr、Ni和Mo元素的含量不符合订货技术协议的要求,其最小破断力和扭转性能均不符合API Spec 9A—2020标准的要求。由于失效录井钢丝表面的腐蚀坑和断口裂纹表面均含有S和Cl元素,因而钢丝在含有Cl^(-)的腐蚀性介质中使用时产生了应力腐蚀裂纹,并在交变载荷作用下疲劳扩展,最后发生了断裂。建议根据油气井内环境介质中的化学成分及其腐蚀性选择适用的录井钢丝材料。The fracture failure of 03Cr18Ni16Mo5 austenitic stainless steel logging wire occurred during service at a certain oilfield.In order to determine the cause of fracture failure,the failed logging wire samples were analyzed by macro-morphology analysis,physical and chemical properties test,metallographic analysis,micro-morphology analysis and corrosion product spectrum analysis.In addition,the subjected load of the wire in service was calculated.The results show that the content of Cr,Ni and Mo elements in the failed stainless steel logging wire material does not meet the ordering technical requirements,and its minimum breaking force and torsional performance did not meet the requirements of API Spec 9A-2020.Owing to the presence of S and Cl elements in the corrosion pits on the wire surface and cracks surface,the stress corrosion cracks occurred when the logging wire was used in the corrosive media containing Cl^(-1),and expanded under alternating load,finally the fracture occurred.It is recommended to select suitable logging wire materials according to the chemical composition and corrosiveness of the service environment in oil and gas wells.
